It’s been a bit over a month since I did my 3 peaks of the Balkans trek with Zbulo. A immersive magical week of hiking and nature. Walking for many hours a day amidst quite really settled my mind and was a much needed break. The experience exceeded my expectations and was fun, interesting and extremely well organized. The guides Mend and Igli went above and beyond in organizing a smooth week for us. They both know the country and the history well and were generous with their time and stories. Albania is a gorgeous place still unspoiled by mass tourism (not for much longer I am afraid) with fascinating history and very kind welcoming people. Zbulo’s ethic of working locally and respecting the infrastructure was also most impressive. I highly recommend this organization.
