Unexpected things do happen in life, often beyond our control. Please beware of Zbulo’s cancellation policy and the cost associated with cancelling your booking.

The type of booking determines the cancellation policy:

1. Zbulo group departures: The 25% deposit is returned in full for cancellations up to 46 days prior to the tour’s start. Thereafter a percentage of the total is charged:

   • 45.–31. days before the trip 25%

   • 30.–10. days before the trip 50%

   • 09.–04. days before the trip 75%

   • Three or fewer days 90%

2. Self-guided tours: The 25% deposit is returned in full for cancellations up to 31 days prior to the tour’s start. Thereafter a percentage of the total is charged:

   • 30.–15. days before the trip 25%

   • 14.–07. days before the trip 50%

   • 06.–02. days before the trip 75%

   • A day prior and for non-arrivals 90%

3. Private guided tours: The 25% deposit is returned in full for cancellations up to 91 days prior to the tour’s start. Thereafter a percentage of the total is charged:

   • 90.-45. days before the trip 25%

   • 44–21. days before the trip 50%

   • 21.–08. days before the trip 75%

   • One week or fewer days 90%
