I didn’t actually book a tour with Zbulo Adventures, but used their website and the trek descriptions as a reference for a hiking trip with my brother.
Eventhough we didn’t book anything Ricardo answered all of my questions very quickly and detailed.
We had some problems on our trip and he gave us alternatives to continue and overall great advice.
If a person is that caring and helpful to hikers in general, he must be great with his customers.
Overall great interaction, so if you are looking for guided trips in the Balkan area, Zbulo is definitely a good pick!
