Our trip with Zbulo was amazing. The hikes through the valley were scenic, remote, and stunning. We saw few people and many sheep and wildflowers. The trail was well-marked and took us through a variety of landcapes. It was wonderful to walk through blooming pastures, along side rivers, across ancient stone bridges, and through old villages with stone buildings. It felt like stepping back in time. We were invited in to the homes of locals along the trail for coffee, honey, cookies, and raki. Guesthouse accomodations were comfortable and welcome after a long day on the trail. Meals were simple but delicious, with the exception of standout dining in Hoshteve! We have already recommended this experience to friends and look forward to visiting Albania again!
