Peaks of the Balkans trek was an unforgettable experience for me. The scenery was breathe taking and so diverse. The local people and villages you stay at and walk through are so friendly and welcoming. The Albanians are one of the most friendly bunch of people I’ve ever met.
The hike itself was the perfect amount of challenging and it never felt rushed. Our guide Mario was great with a great sense of humour and knowledge of the regions.
