I am curious about some things I couldn’t find on your website, but which I think can be benefical for profiling Zbulo as a trustworthy and amazing travel agency! Mostly about transparancy on themes like:
– How did you find the guesthouses? How did you start working with them?
– What are they earning & what profit are you able to make? Or how are you spending that profit?
– Are people like the luggage transfer from Sheper to Permet (by horse) paid honestly?

I do trust Zbulo after this experience, but I also know there are some big Western agencies that take advantage of people and the country through tourism and it would be good reading how you work.
