Everything was fantastic. I was initially concerned about how things would work when we arrived in Albania but everything was covered. The information was superb, materials were spot on. Transfers were all on-time and excellent. Accommodation choices were really good in context, generally excellent. Communication was also excellent throughout. The key take-away for me is that Zbulo had everythnig covered and you were able to rely upon them. In fact, it was a much more sophisticated operation than I was expecting.
