See Arrival transfer on the first day of your tour’s itinerary and Departure transfer on the last day. These sections give the included arrangements, meeting points and times for that particular tour.

• Private: arranged for your booking. You may share with other bookings whose plans are compatible; it does not necessarily mean exclusive use of a vehicle.
• Joined: one group transfer at the stated time.
• Individual: you make your own arrangements; an airport transfer is not included.

The standard departure transfer is on the last tour day, after the final booked night. Check the last itinerary day for your tour’s route and arrangements. For an earlier departure or a different route, please contact us before making plans.

A later departure transfer is included after an accommodation extension booked with Zbulo. Tell us your plans when arranging the extra nights. Independently booked nights do not automatically include a later transfer, even at the same hotel.

For a flight, give the flight number and its scheduled local departure date and time. For another airport trip, such as collecting a rental car, give the purpose and when you need to arrive at the airport. Choose “I’ll make my own arrangements” if you do not need a transfer.

Check your travel details before your trip and verify them with your guide near the end of the tour. The office confirms the final pickup time and location. The flight time you enter in the form is not your pickup time.

Tell us as soon as your plans change. Changes after confirmation depend on driver availability and may not be possible. Wait for the office to confirm a revised pickup.

Your tour page lists the itinerary and inclusions. Check its Good to know section and the first and last itinerary days for arrival and departure arrangements. Please contact us if anything is unclear before booking.
