Vusanje – Peja Pass – Theth

Walk from Vusanje into the glacier-shaped Ropojana Valley. The route passes the karst spring of Oko Skakavice, Gjeshtare Lake and remains of the former border zone before entering broad alpine meadows.

A small lake marks the approach to Peja Pass (1,711 m). From the pass, a steep path descends in long bends into the Theth Valley. The terrain is rocky in places and the descent requires care, particularly when wet.

Near the bottom, you may arrange a local lift to the guesthouse or continue along the track into Theth. The day ends in the village after one of the longest border crossings of the journey.
