Kukes – Mt. Kallabak – Caje

A 45-minute transfer leads through the Vanave Gorge to the Gorani village of Shishtavec. The day’s walk begins with a gradual ascent to Mount Kallabak (2,174 m), followed by open meadows and a panoramic ridge near the Albania–Kosovo border.

The Gorani are a Slavic-speaking community whose settlements extend across the border region. Your guide provides context while the route continues towards views of Mount Korab (2,764 m) and descends into the valley of Caje.
